Today was one of those days that reminds me of how fast time flies. I attended both #2’s sixth grade graduating awards ceremony, and #5’s end-of-Pre-K class picnic. Sometimes I am so busy “getting things done” that the emotional significance of certain days/events/moments only strikes me afterward. Today, however, I had the feels. As I watched one daughter draw her elementary school career to a close and another begin that same journey, I realized this parenting gig is flying by. Yes, the days are long. Sometimes TOO LONG.
