Eye Can’t Take The Allergies; They Blow. (So Does The Nose. Constantly).

I’m an allergy sufferer. That’s how they always refer to it in the commercials, no? “If you suffer from allergies… ” “If you’re an allergy sufferer…” I’m one of those people that is allergic to basically everything; we’re talking near Bubble-Boy status. Somehow, my immune system rejects the majority of the physical world around me. The list is long, and quirky.   MOLD. DUST. COCKROACHES. (Shouldn’t everyone be allergic to them, really??) TREES. (Fine. Not a fan anyway.) GRASS (God’s carpeting…. REALLY?? Why? Why???) DOGS. (The fun part? Not all dogs. FabFitFun- Treat Yo’Self To This Cool Box Of Fun!

You know how the term “self-care” has been bouncing around for the last few years? It’s actually a really important concept for moms, and it’s also one that I happen to suck at. Because, again, I live under a rock. I wasn’t initially even interested in Fitbits when they became popular; since I’m constantly moving around the house each day, the idea of increasing that activity wasn’t very appealing.     A Fitbit? Nope.…

    Investing In Yourself

It’s been awhile, huh? Though June is always a notoriously busy month here, my recent absence isn’t due to just a kid-crammed calendar… …but due to a broken laptop. Because, you know, KIDS. I’ll share what went down to make a point that I think is relative to many parents out there- moms in particular. Recently I had committed more of my time to my social media business, & have been battling against the naturally chaotic flow of our lives here in order to maintain it. Finding “spare” moments can be challenging at best, so I’ve been determined to keep plugging away at it, since it’s a passion of mine. Picture It: After…
