We’re two weeks into the fall semester, & this is undoubtedly the weirdest school year EVER. Thanks, corona! We muddled through the fresh hell that was distanced learning this spring, as it was thrust spontaneously upon our families & most others. Trying to work from home while six kids adapted to online classes & not seeing their friends? 0 stars- would not recommend. There are typically two types of students: those that LOVE doing school projects, and those that dread them. And with parents, it’s similar. Some parents fall into the first category, and savor the quality bonding time of assisting their child with a school project. Me? I’m firmly planted in that second group. I HATE SCHOOL PROJECTS. I know as a former teacher, I shouldn’t talk smack about assignments.
