Keeping track of the comings & goings of six kids is no joke, so I rely heavily on a calendar to stay on top of it all. I’ve set up a command center in my kitchen that contains our family’s master calendar, which I’ve talked about previously here.
I’m always on the lookout for helpful organizing products, & when Stationery Geek UK offered me the opportunity to review their School Mum Calendar, I jumped at the chance! I’m so into nifty organizing tools, & Stationery Geek is chock full of fun stuff.

Here’s one of the details that immediately impressed me about this calendar. With most “mom” calendars & planners, you’re limited by space. The majority of them are not designed for people like me, aka “people with a bajillion kids”. While you may not have the same problem finding ample space on your calendar, you can customize the School Mum Calendar. You have the option of ordering it with up to 4 to 6 columns.
The blank calendar has columns to write each child’s name in, & tracks each day of the week.
Each box is large enough to write a note AND place a sticker.
Yup, stickers. WOOT!
As I’ve mentioned before, I love organizational stickers. There’s something about their color & size that makes organizational tools feel even MORE organizational when stickers are involved.
Here are a few samples of recurring calendar items:
I love the fact that they also include stickers for moms like me, and by “moms like me”, I mean moms that need a colored sticker to remember NOT to drop her kids off at school on a certain day because the school will be CLOSED.
There are a variety of stickers that are included with the calendar, although as an American mom, not all of them are applicable to our family routine (such as “tea time”, “Bank Holiday”, or “No Uniform Day”). But no matter, because the other sticker options are really useful.
You can also order additional sticker sheets if needed, or the “Bumper Family Sticker Pack” to keep track of other pertinent family details like:
-book a babysitter
-car insurance renewal
-bills to pay
-date night
Here’s a sample page from our family calendar; keep in mind that it’s from July (summer), so it’s not nearly as “busy” as a school month would be, but it gives you an idea of how to use the School Mum Calendar.
(Note: Childrens’ names edited for privacy)
The calendar is already a fun asset to our household, & I’ll be glad to use it once the new school year starts, because I could use all the organizing help I can get with this crew!
Want to order one for yourself? You know you do!
