Happy Halloweenies!
S0, Halloween- you either knowit because you were dragged out of your comfy chair by overly-eager screaming children to hit the streets, or you don’t; in which case, you were dragged out of your comfy chair by overly-eager screaming children that kept ringing your bell and demanding sweets…. Of course I’d blog about Halloween. I’m a mom; we love this stuff. I’m not a huge fan of Halloween in terms of the creepy decorations and such, but I do love the dress-up factor. And the candy. Sick Day
Hi, everyone! I hope you’re having a better week than I am. In my last post about the weather, I forgot to mention one of the biggest reasons that I hate the colder temperatures. Germs. Ugh. I’m sick!!!! 🙁 It’s almost inevitable here that once the temperature dips, someone ends up sick. Pumpkins are cute. I loved the crispness of the air right around 4pm, which brings back fond memories of playing field hockey back in high school. I adore a good pair of skinny jeans with tall boots. That being said… Fall still sucks. There. I said it. Hating me yet? First of all… allergies. In a cruel twist of fate, I am allergic to basically the entire world around me. Literally. Trees. Grass. Dust.…

Happy Birthday, #2!
Yesterday was a big day here, folks. It was #2’s birthday. And not just any birthday, but the Big 1-0. Yup, double digits. So as I said, it’s a big day. And why do I say that again? Perhaps because it was ingrained in me, since it’s been repeated like a mantra by #2… every.single.day. … for 46 days now. Why 46, you ask? Because 46 days ago was #1’s birthday. And the newly minted house rule, established on the exact day of #1’s September birthday, is that you are not permitted to talk about YOUR birthday on SOMEONE ELSE’S birthday. (This rule need not apply to the general population, apparently.…
