A Walk To Remember
If you’re a parent, chances are that “family time” is one of things that you’re either actively planning, or occasionally feeling guilty about not planning. I’m not talking about the day-to-day routine, but the times that you deliberately plan an outing or event in order to guarantee that you have indeed conducted some quality “family time”. Blood, Sweat & Tears
I had a revelation about (my) experience in parenting that I wanted to share with you; or I thought I did, anyway. Whenever I attempt to share deep, profound thoughts on parenting, that’s when parenting ends up smacking me in the face…. LITERALLY. Riding The Vomit Comet
As our best-laid plans often seem to go, I had intended to post earlier this week, telling you all about the insanity of waiting on line in the cold for four hours to buy ticket’s to a 5 year old’s recital. And while that by itself warrants a post, my week was waylaid by a far more pressing issue: VOMIT. National Siblings Day
If you’re a regular social media user (and let’s face it, you probably wouldn’t have landed here if you aren’t), then chances are you heard at some point that today is National Siblings Day! Umm…. huh? Before I get to my point, let me first say that I am a firm skeptic of these “so called” special days.
